The furnace body structure is horizontal wet-back triple-pass fire tube type with corrugated furnace tube and furnace Chamber underneath, the front and rear smoke boxes are set with openable smoke box doors, the base is a saddle type, and the exterior is made of soft milky white color panels.
The symmetrical arrangement of heat transfer pipe is the combination of a threaded pipe and a light pipe, and the super large heat transfer area makes the boiler’s thermal efficiency higher than 90%.
The production process eliminates any hidden danger of in the fillet weld of imported boilers, adopts butt welding extremely strictly instead, which increases boilers’ safety factors and prolongs the service life. Water is fed from the upper part, as the water is always in high speed turbulence, the convection, radiation and conduction can be maintained in an ideal state, also it constantly destroys the bubble and other fixtures at the laminar flow boundary;
which can ensure that the boiler heating surface has good water cooling, the low position combustion chamber makes the water level safety range larger and the steam phase space of the boiler get increased. So that the unique steam separator ensures the steam quality well (steam dryness is over 97%).
Multiple protection measures
The water level control system adopts electrode type water level control, with high, medium, low and extremely low water level protection. The control has multi-layer safety interlock protection devices, such as:
steam pressure protection, over-temperature protection, burner flameout protection, safety valve protection, password protection, explosion-proof door protection, etc., so that the operation of the boiler is always under control.

Inspect every 2~3 weeks, mainly checking valves, pipe, flanges, if any leackage, repair it timely. While every quater, make a whole inspection and repair.
Terms of Payment
T/T 30% of total contract value as down payment;
T/T or L/C 70% of total contract value before delivery.
